>Why do I have to create a new account? Can't my current account transfer over? 
This online giving is entirely new and no, we are not able to transfer everyone over. The good news is this gives everyone a chance to make sure their information is current and up to date. Create your new online giving account today.
 
>Will my giving history from the old platform transfer over to ShelbyNext? 
Unfortunately, your previous giving history will not transfer over to the new online giving platform. However, from this month forward, your giving history will populate in ShelbyNext. You can still login to our original online giving platform and view your previous contributions history, feel free to call Terri LaRocca 315.622.2700 if you have any other questions about this.
 
>What happens if I already have automatic recurring giving set-up in the other giving platform? 
You will need to cancel recurring giving on the old platform (Shelby WebView) and set it up again using the new one.
Let us know if you need help with this. 
 
***If you do nothing, your recurring giving will no longer work on the old platform as of May 1, 2016, so be sure to switch it over before then.
 
>Do I have to set up automatic recurring giving? 
Nope, but if you know what you make each month, it makes it easy to set it and forget it.
 
>When does this begin? 
It starts now! Shelby WebView will no longer be available as of May 1, 2016.
